Melanie Bautista has built her entire professional career on the back of the real estate industry. A Bay Area native, Melanie grew up in the Concord and Antioch areas.

After earning her Associate’s Degree from Diablo Valley College, she dived straight into starting her career in the industry working with commercial real estate brokerage, Marcus and Millichap. She absorbed immense knowledge of the inner workings of the brokerage as an Executive Assistant and later transitioned into the live events and marketing aspect of the business adding value through creating awareness and sales for the brokerage.

After a healthy 12 years on the commercial side, she transitioned to residential as a licensed Real Estate Agent. The shift afforded her the opportunity to continue growing her knowledge and experience of the industry to help properly position her for continued growth and success for both herself and her future clients.

Melanie aspires to continue honing her real estate knowledge and carve out a more specialized niche within residential real estate. Her personable attitude, focused determination, and ability to create opportunities for those around her are the driving factors behind helping her clients achieve their goals.
